Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10 -15 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays due to a high volume of orders, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
International Shipping

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final; we do not issue refunds.
If a return is authorised, the following conditions apply:
Returned items must be in new and unused condition in their original packaging.
Once your order is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please be aware that shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns simply because you no longer want the product, unless it aligns with the guidelines mentioned above.
Due to the unique nature of our brand, we do not offer exchanges since our stock is very limited.
Refunds may be adjusted to account for any decrease in the item's value resulting from your handling.
